This company practically began the
day that I decided that my love for
electronics and guitar playing could
be combined. That was 19 years ago
... long before the boutique industry
was so large. Option 5 officially
began in 2002. It was founded on
the belief that these pedals should
be original, non-clone designs, each
one hand built right here in the USA
using high quality components. That
belief still exists and holds true.
I have tediously designed each and
every pedal that we offer. They are
all RoHS compliant and I personally
hand sign and test each pedal before
they are sent out for you; indicating
my "stamp of approval" for quality
and tone.
