Customer email addresses, shipping address, and
all other customer information is kept strictly
confidential. That information is never sold or
shared. Option 5 does not receive or store credit
card information from PayPal. When the shopping
cart is used on the Option 5 site, the information
goes to PayPal. We only receive the payment and
shipping information. If a credit card order
is placed by phone, then our Quickbooks software
will have your credit card information. That
information is secured and password protected
from unauthorized personel.

Sales Tax

Indiana residents are subject to 7% Sales Tax.
No other taxes are collected. Sales and Use Tax
outside of Indiana are the sole responsibilty of
the customer making the purchase.

Import Tax and GST/PST

International customers are responsible for
paying any import tax that may be assessed by
their government. Option 5 has no way of knowing
if or how much your government will charge for
Import Tax or GST/PST upon receiving your item(s)
from Option 5.
